Dan Donovan is the Head of Customer Success for Shift Technology, a provider of AI-native decision automation and optimization solutions for the global insurance industry. In this role, he and his team support Shift clients with strategic guidance and counsel related to how artificial intelligence and advanced data science can drive improvements in operational efficiency, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction across the claims and policy lifecycle.  His more than 25 + years of insurance industry experience comes from nearly two decades leading fraud investigation and claims operations for Liberty Mutual in Boston, and ten years working in the insurance technology sector.

Pete Lawton is a Customer Success Manager at Shift overseeing the close working relationship we have with numerous North American customers. Pete has spent most of his career managing large strategic projects in Europe, South American and the United States. Prior to joining Shift he spent 26 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance; he started as a claims adjuster out of college and worked his way into executive ranks, focusing mostly working on Fraud and Bodily Injury throughout his career. 

Jon is Shift Technology's MA based account executive, working with our customers to ensure they realize maximum return from their investment with Shift. Jon has a background as an Auto Adjuster at Safety Insurance, PIP Adjuster and SIU Investigator at Electric Insurance Company and has been helping insurance carriers over the last 10 years to utilize technology to solve business challenges.
