The company's aim is to improve customers' experience, increase operational efficiency and cut costs. It has insurance partnerships with proper compensation and health insurers in more than 25 countries.
The business was launched in the UK in August 2017 by chief executive Jeremy Jawish. It now has nearly 600 employees across 10 offices worldwide, including Paris, Boston, Tokyo, London, Madrid, Munich, Singapore, Toronto, Mexico City and Sao Paulo.
