Christian Sarafidis is Chief Executive EMEA Financial Services at Microsoft in the World Wide Financial Services Industry Group. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2018, Christian held senior executive positions for multinational groups in Financial Services and the Technology industry including SWIFT where he was previously Chief Marketing Officer and Deputy Chief Executive EMEA.  In particular, he launched the SWIFTgpi initiative (Global Payments Innovation), a groundbreaking initiative to enhance the speed, transparency and traceability of cross-border payments.

In his current role at Microsoft, Christian Sarafidis focuses on assisting financial institutions and fintechs in their digital transformation journey. His goal is to help them reduce time to value, improve customer experience, increase agility, drive business innovation, manage risks, and optimize the total cost of ownership.

Keelan is the UiPath Subject Matter Expert on Banking in EMEA. He has over 17 years' experience in EMEA Banking, 13 years of which were gained at EY and Deloitte in London. He has spent the last 7 years solely focusing on helping Banking clients to solve their problems with Intelligent Automation technologies, including RPA, AI, OCR and Digital Portals. He shares insights with senior banking leaders on how UiPath’s 2,100 Banking clients are transforming their cost, customer experience and employee experience with UiPath to accelerate their AI powered Intelligent Automation transformation.

Gareth joined Shift almost 3 years ago and holds the position of Head of Customer Success UK, Ireland & Nordics at Shift Technology.
